our royal jelly
our production methods
Thanks to its very complete composition, Royal Jelly provides all the nutrients needed by bees:
- Water in large quantities (between 60 and 70%),
- Sugars (9-23%)
- Proteins (10-18%), a large proportion of which are amino acids,
- Lipids (4-8%).
- Royal jelly contains folic acid (vitamin B9) and zinc, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B8), minerals (copper and phosphorus) and a single fatty acid, 10HDA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid).
Please note that daily consumption should not exceed 2 grams.
BENEFITS
Royal jelly is a formidable concentrate of nutrients and revitalising energy. It has ancestral virtues and is useful at all ages. Its high nutritional quality helps to strengthen the body’s defences. It contains water, a large number of amino acids, including the eight essential to life (they must be provided in the diet, as the human body does not synthesise them), minerals, trace elements: calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, etc., large quantities of B group vitamins (especially B3 and B5) and fatty acids.
In short, royal jelly generally helps to fortify the body by increasing its resistance to stress, fatigue and exertion, boosting vitality in general and reinforcing the body’s defence system.

USER GUIDE
When the seasons change, when people are convalescing or under stress, when they are elderly or when children are growing, the body is under heavy strain and can lose its vigour. When we’re tired, our natural defences weaken, so we need to think ahead and strengthen our bodies. Royal jelly is an invaluable aid for supporting the body during these sensitive periods. Children over the age of 8 who are still growing can also take royal jelly, subject to medical advice.
Royal jelly is taken in the form of a 1-month programme.
