returnable

our engagement

At Les ruches de Mamille, we’ve introduced a deposit system for our honey pots.

What does this mean for you as a customer? Well, it’s simple: when you buy one of our delicious jars of honey, you pay a small additional deposit for the jar. Once you’ve savoured every last drop of this golden nectar, you can take the empty jar back to our shop.

Once collected, our honey pots are carefully cleaned, sterilised and ready to be refilled with our fresh, tasty honey. It’s a virtuous cycle that reduces waste and minimises our impact on the environment.

By participating in our deposit system, you are helping to preserve nature while continuing to enjoy our exceptional quality honey. It’s a simple but important step, which shows that every gesture counts in protecting our beautiful planet.

the deposit guide

Here’s a simple guide to help you make the most of our deposit system:

1. Purchase: When you buy one of our honey pots, you may notice a small additional amount added to the price of the pot. This represents the deposit for the container.

2. Tasting: Enjoy your honey! Once you’ve tasted the honey, your jar will be ready for its next adventure.

3. Return: When your honeypot is empty, don’t hesitate to return it to our shop. We’ll be delighted to collect it and give it a new lease of life.

4. Cleaning: Once collected, our honeypots are meticulously cleaned and sterilised to guarantee their cleanliness and food safety.

5. Filling: Once cleaned, the jars are ready to be refilled with our honey, ready to be enjoyed by our customers.

6. Reuse: The cycle continues! Your returnable jar can be filled and emptied again and again, helping to reduce waste and protect the environment.
